PAL pleased to be one of 6 organizations that received funding from The Office of the State Superintendent of Education for the PAL Club and Camp at Stanton Elementary School. Below is the announcment from DC.
The Office of the State Superintendent of Educationof the District of Columbia is pleased to announce the awards for the 2009 21st Century Community Learning Centers Grant Competition. This year’s competition was more exciting and challenging than ever before. Reviewers came in from across the nation to review, score, and recommend applications to be awarded. Of the 21 applications received, only 6 could be funded.
